(Note that this may be listed compatible somewhere, but I'm asking this question on every mod I have because screw 2.0)
Is this mod compatible with V1.9? Or is there a seperate version, possibly?
Chubzilla 30 mar, 2018 @ 3:14
any update for this?
kolokommouna 8 mar, 2018 @ 5:05

Hey, Geki blanked the files for Merged Traditions and is now deleting comments pointing to other compatches. You might wanna do something about that, maybe remiove their crediting.

Slaith 29 sep, 2017 @ 14:18
Keep up the good work! First game I've played were modders such as you make the biggest impact. ^_^
Meltup  [skapare] 27 sep, 2017 @ 9:56
Thanks! :LIS_pixel_heart:
Doctor Proteus 26 sep, 2017 @ 18:50
Sounds good, keep up the good work. We appreciate what you do, even though not everyone shows it in an appropriate manner. Modders like you make a good thing into something amazing.
Meltup  [skapare] 26 sep, 2017 @ 10:46
Yeah, I am trying to find out how tradition swapping works. Unfortunately it may take a while because my irl work keeps me very busy :LIS_poker_face:
samsockeater 26 sep, 2017 @ 8:46
question: tradition swapping, would it be possible to implement for machine empires to make things genesis for example not appear for them unless custodian, unless that would be very difficult, in that case ignore me completely
Doctor Proteus 22 sep, 2017 @ 13:33
Thank you for the extra traditions, I really love having lots of traditions to choose from and to help further personalize my civilization. Eagerly looking forward to an update.
Meltup  [skapare] 22 sep, 2017 @ 12:56
On it! However it may take some time so bear with me! :elindustry:
Уберите Из Мута 21 sep, 2017 @ 15:47
update to 1.8 plz
Leosky 26 jul, 2017 @ 16:29
@Meltup, try modding on bethesda stuff :D
Meltup  [skapare] 25 jul, 2017 @ 13:27
@Leosky, oh, ok! I a bit worry sometimes when people report strange things because... sometimes really weird things happen due to some bugs in Paradox code structure. But glad to hear it is not this mod then!
Leosky 25 jul, 2017 @ 10:36
@Meltup, ok sorry wrong 'extended' mod :P sorry about that.
Meltup  [skapare] 25 jul, 2017 @ 5:24
Yeah, it is just that "building_power_hub_1" and "building_power_hub_2" are located in
Stellaris\common\buildings\00_buildings.txt
And this mod doesn't modify that file either. So probably something else was causing the problem?
Leosky 25 jul, 2017 @ 5:05
@Meltup, now, as i'm using modified files i can't check references anymores to see what it was refering to.
Leosky 25 jul, 2017 @ 5:04
@Meltup, i checked the base files and compared with the mod files, produced_resource_trigger property werenot using tr_prosperity_pursuit_of_profit as it was in the base game files, i changed them back and that fixed the issue
Meltup  [skapare] 25 jul, 2017 @ 3:00
@Leosky, are you sure that the problem is caused by this mod? As much as I can tell, Additional Traditions do not modify Prosperity tradition tree O.o
Leosky 24 jul, 2017 @ 17:32
building_power_hub_1 and building_power_hub_2 dont give unity with tr_prosperity_pursuit_of_profit
brucethemoose 30 jun, 2017 @ 0:51
Not sure if this is a bug more than a side effect, but games with this mod installed tend to have few or no AI federations. I think there are just too many other branches for them to choose from.
Meltup  [skapare] 4 jun, 2017 @ 6:48
@Birdy, oh, right, thanks a lot! ^^
Artanis 4 jun, 2017 @ 3:09
tr_ether_4 of Ether from Additional Traditions has ship_hitpoints_mult = 0.15 in the code but hit points in the localization.
Kilted'HuntingHorn'Key 3 jun, 2017 @ 8:02
Genesis is so good. Thank you!

@Geki, good :) I will retweak some tradition picks in "Additional Traditions - Expanded" during the weekend but GUI is going to remain the same.
Meltup  [skapare] 30 maj, 2017 @ 16:52
@Geki, sure! ^^
Geki 30 maj, 2017 @ 16:45
I successfully merged the two mods. It's only missing the Additional Traditions expansion merged into it now. May I release it when I credit your work?
Meltup  [skapare] 30 maj, 2017 @ 13:14
@Geki, sure! ^^ Just give a proper credit in mod description and... well, if it will require both original mods then feel free to publish merge patch in the open - a lot of people were asking for it.
Geki 30 maj, 2017 @ 13:09
May I merge this with Plentiful Traditions for personal use?
Meltup  [skapare] 30 maj, 2017 @ 12:40
@greenpinkredfire, thanks! I will add it with next update though some tradition picks are going to be reworked (and thus will need translation changes)!

Russian translation
{LÄNK BORTTAGEN}
I hope someone will need it
Artanis 25 maj, 2017 @ 4:15
Aye, it's just a matter of allocating X and Y positions for each additional tradition tree within a GUI file.
Meltup  [skapare] 24 maj, 2017 @ 15:45
@Geki, wow, really? Interesting, I will look into his code. Though I don't plan to expand my mod any farther than this expansion so not sure if there is a really big need in scrollable GUI.
Geki 24 maj, 2017 @ 15:11
Birdy made the traditions GUI scrollable though.
Faustian Device 24 maj, 2017 @ 14:46
Update: had some time, so I decided to boot up the game.
Your mods are overshadowed by the tradition mod I have running called "Plentiful Traditions" by Birdy.
So yeah, guess I was too optimistic.
Faustian Device 24 maj, 2017 @ 14:34
I just wanted to know how the mods conflict. It's fine if you're not into making a patch for the two.
I'm going to try the mods together and see what happens.
Probably not anytime soon, sadly, because I'm being dragged away from the comp soon, but I'll report back with anything I find out when I test them.
Meltup  [skapare] 24 maj, 2017 @ 11:08
@Faustian Device, well, there are many reasons. Technical ones are that every tradition indeed takes a certain slot on page, that is described in variables, so one would need to resize slots and refer to them to include more traditions - and then the use of other mod becomes necessary. And that also would add the problem of resizing to fit all traditions on screen while not making them very tiny. Then there are also idealogical reasons - while I like Plentiful Traditions, my view is quite different. So I don't see a reason for myself to unite both mods (if anyone wants though then feel free to do it).
Faustian Device 24 maj, 2017 @ 9:27
That's unfortunate.
Is that because traditions take up certain slots on the tradition page, or is there another reason?
Meltup  [skapare] 24 maj, 2017 @ 9:19
@Faustian Device, yeup - this is extension of Additional Traditions and it doesn't have compatibility with other tradition mods.
Faustian Device 23 maj, 2017 @ 19:28
So, this probably conflicts with other tradition mods?
Meltup  [skapare] 21 maj, 2017 @ 9:01
@Elitewrecker PT, Additional Traditions

@Rough, yeah, it requires the base mod - way easier without file duplication :)
Elitewrecker PT 21 maj, 2017 @ 8:55
What base mod?
Rough 21 maj, 2017 @ 8:54
ohhhhhhhhhhhh I didn't realize you actually needed the base mod installed for this to work. Derp.
Rough 21 maj, 2017 @ 8:52
resolution is 1980x1080. I've never seen it before, including with the regular version of this mod. I should sit around and experiment with the UI scaling to see if that's somehow the problem...
