"Selective Migration" doesn't appear. It was just what I wanted since I have the Gene Splicing in my Custom Faction, and that would be great. Shame that it doesn't work at all.

This mod no longer works for me after the most recent update. I've tried rearranging my mods but I can't solve the problem. If you have any ideas what I could do to fix this I'd greatly appreciate it if you could assist.

@freezebolt After doing System Development Level 2 the system will gain a space port which allows for Pops to be sent to other systems, pops can be dragged between planets.

I love minor factions in video games, I don't fully understand them in this game tho. Is there a way to move minor factions to other planents "Trying to get multiple factions to 20 pop bonus.". Also is the likely hood of your major faction growing higher than the minor? I'm aiming to have a federation of sorts. Multiple factions with my major actually being the weakest or at least = to the rest.

@freezebolt Normally each minor faction only has one special Suzerain action available this makes all minor factions have all of them available.

@CyRob Everytime a tech is finished being researched the cost of the next tech is increased. I prefer a fixed cost in tech trees. I'd take an increase in base cost that doesn't change over cost on a curve... To me the more you know the easier it is to learn new things. :-)

Thank you, I hope it's possible, spam reconnaissance ships on 4 - 7 on the fleet for reconnaissance of new systems a little annoying, it is better to build 1 large ship with 5 modules to build)
