@Xsnowmagex Sorry I must have missed your comment somehow, They is currently no way of getting more Riftborn unless they are your main population.

I played around with them and it seems like the only way to get more riftborn as another race is to farm them from the AI. As unfallen I let them grow then flip them with influence.

so if I'm unfallen and i get riftborn citizens do I have an option to build more of them or do they grow normal or remain static?

Only thing I can suggest is to create an idea on the Amplitudes G2G about it so the devs can make the change.

I know that works, its just annoying. Eats up like 20 minutes over the course of a game, and when playing online with friends it just feels mean to them.

@Panic Fire The Hull Definition for the Arks have IsMothership="true" which is a hardcoded effect that along with stopping multiple loadouts, it makes them fucnction so I can't turn it off.

A way to get around this would be to change the Ark design for how you want one ark to be, the upgrade that ark and then change the design back. Hope that helps.

Well could you do a mod to add the Arc Ship to the custom ship thing, so that you can make differnt unique arc loadouts instead of just having the one load out shared with every arc.

Yea, Amplitudes games have become more complex over time and its early days so I expect at some point we will be able to add ships but right now we have to learn the new modding system and wait for Amplitude to give us the documentation and abillity for more advanced mods, buts its just past release so its not the biggest priority for them right now.

The Moddability of the game is not infinite, Noone (publicly anyway) has been able to retexutre existing ships, the Amplitude made example does not even work. Its early days of modding so not all the limitations are know. Adding modules is easy, the documentation is there (somewhat) its just text editing. Adding ships requires knowledge of animation files curently locked away from us modders along with the method of importing ship textures & models its silly to compair the two. Please learn some tact.

Uhm with proper knowledge about 3d art and the ability to say wich slot is where i guess you can change/add your own ships to the game. Its highly moddable, there are even efforts out there to increase slots already , albeit not ready. Adding new modules is a pice of cake thou, already some who did it(and one adding the most stupid of all modules, a scout module for all shipclasses...)

I do not know if creating new ships with new models is possable or not, I not sure if you can even replace models let alone import new ones. I guess we see.
