Report a translation problem
Bug v,caused by FactionTraits[MoreTraits].xml
inside: Family="FactionTraitFamilyStartModifiers"
change it to:
Family="FactionTraitFamilyHeroes"
so family tag is changed after many updates.
"Your opponent has retreated"
Then on the portrait of the enemy ship has the destroyed sign over it.
bring up it's tool tip and it says it's destroyed with it's HP remaining?
Then in red it says. "The enemy fleet failed to retreat and was destroyed"
And the Fleet is actually gone... It doesn't exist anymore. I didn't get any resources from it nor experience.
Im playing with the first two expansions only (dont own the last two)
Could not find GuiFactionTrait named 'FactionTraitExtraHero'
Then it says the reference is not set to an instance of the object. So maybe it's one of the specific Extra Hero traits? I have no clue. Either way, it looks like it sees the command created by the trait but has no definition for it, at least in my uninformed and very basic interpretation. Hope this helps.
I do seem to be having one problem though. Whenever I play with a custom race as an AI faction, I get a game freeze on the diplomacy screen. After doing some digging in the crash dumps, I've found that it seems to be tied to the "Extra Hero" trait for custom AI factions. The game plays perfectly until one of the custom factions enters into the diplomacy screen, then the game stops responding to commands and refuses to either save, load, end turn, or quit. It continues to run, though without any functionality. I am unsure if this is due to the player faction having an extra hero trait or due to the AI having one, or if it is due to the prescence of any faction with the trait at all.
From my tests i seemed that enire galaxy was linked as well, and no wormholes existed in games where trading companies were also locked. Something caused the game to delete all wormholes, they wouldnt show up even after you did the research, and at the same games trading companies would NOT trade.
My question is now, is this also compatable with in game AI? can i put custom factions to AI like really buffed ones and try to set quick paced games with massive fleets? İs the AI capable of handling custom sandbox-buffed factions?

Change '8' to whatever number you prefer though you could also just delete the line to make it unlimited, apparently. I just changed it to '999' to be safe.
