what I have noticed is if you build thing below a certain size that have no HEAVY LAMS, or no shields, or heavy armour, or move less than 50Ms-1, any large HE cannon will pretty much destroy them with 1 lucky shot, The morale of the story is... dont attack battleships in patrol boats (; unless its the screaming of the LAMS or something similair which is really a frigate squashed into a patrol boat
