The Wulitzer building in Detroit is now a very nice art nouveau themed hotel, The Siren. I stayed last year an had a wonderful time.

I love that old, faded advertisement painted on the side of the building. That's a lovely touch man. You put a lot of heart into these. Thank you for enriching my game :)

Wonderful looking building, but if You don´t use the other buildings in the colection You might end up with missing dependancies like i did. Not a biiggie though as the Loading screen mod helped me find them (for me it was the stairs, the watertower and the AC).

Mainsource is either wikipedia.com or nyc-architecture.com or http://daytoninmanhattan.blogspot.com/ for other cities it depend, curbed is usually a good spot for more info. For technical details I use Emporis.
