Hey guys it is reco related. Might be mod conflict too, but buildings for Reco popup in zoning. Those buildings then render the plots useless. I switched to Growables mod and doing things manually now.

I do notice that behaviour too! But i have no idea what happened. Maybe there is some kind of condition not met?

Hey man for some reason the zoning disappears when this building gets consturcted. I don't think it is leveling up for that same reason since it doen't know what it is. Cheers

I am in Texas. I cant think of streets but next time I see some with the same block design on the front I will let you know. There is also alot of them in California and Florida.
