Hope you will make more mods tho, I think civ could use some more industrial to Atomic era buildings
Quarter Master and Command Center, pike place, Art Appraiser, souvenir shop + any of your late game comments - Yes they add alot of exp but many people play the game differently. i like to keep a smaller focused civ that can suffer from reduced growth in the late game stage but by the later eras (especially the information era) will have nothing to build and will be stuck with gold or science production.
Courier Hut - I do agree that the courier hut is weak and i may balance it.
National Stock Exchange - going back to the small focus civ i generally reach the point in a game where all my GP production is pretty high so i doesnt matter. and if your playing as venice it this building becomes critical.
Concert hall - I havent seen U2 booked at the sydney opera house recently so no they arent a like. there states are similar but thats comparing milk to cheese.
Adding even more EXP possiblities breaks the game. Blitz paratroopers and XCOM Squad are now for everybody instead of just for the builder of Alhambra: OP AF
Hall of Heroes
Yes! This allows for extra culture to escape a tourism victory: good addition
National Stock Exchange(assuming you need stock exchange in all cities)
Provides a meh bonus with GMP(which suck because they delay your GE and GS production): not worth the hammer investment
Pike Place Market
Altough the bonusses are nice it is a little too late in the game to be needing food bonusses: ok
Courier hut
A 1 gold 1 production building is just too weak: not worth a hammer investment.
Souvenir Shop
A 1 gold 2 culture building THIS LATE in the game doesnt add anything: not worth a hammer investment
Street Cleaners
An okay bonus for the very late game: meh
Pitch Smelter
Like a crappier version of the workshop, but still ok: meh
Coast Guard
Too weak of a bonus in an era where nukes play a big role so defence is irrelevant there: not worth a hammer investment
Art Appraiser
Like a crappier boradcast tower: meh
Concert Hall
OPERA HOUSE already exist: meh
