Excellent. I've been rather annoyed at the lack of quality maps for SFM. I just explored these in gmod and they'd be great for screenshots.

I plan on uploading these maps to SFM, especially the HDR version of the coastal map.

By default that is what it is meant to do, however the tunnel doesn't lead anywhere else and is meant to transition to the highway map. I just removed the button because of this.

Yes. Trust me, the map doesn't need LIFE to look good :)

@EXE Check if you have the LIFE mod enabled. It can cause problems with these maps.
