could you make the helmet a bodygroup and a separate model?

Can fix them when they shoot? I gave them weapons and they start T posing when they see an unfriendly npc and can't shoot. please fix it.

@X34X35 This can happen on some weapons that aren't part of HL2. Some weapons can cause t-poses because it's code doesn't have a proper sequence for the model to preform it. Bugging the NPC out and cause it to stand up and crouch down every second. The models are merged onto the npc. I used npc_citizen in order to make the friendly version which contains its own animations, and the model that doesn't have animations is just merged onto the npc. So It's not the model's fault for the animation errors.

There are a lot of animation erros. Combine can't throw grenades (this results in t-posing) and sometimes the citizens throw out their arms. Can you fix this in an update?

@Unlucky Charms Yes but the model is used as an entity not an actual ragdoll, if you make it as a ragdoll the upper body will be stuck to the upper bones and it won't be as flexible, and the mass of the joints is '60', causing the ragdoll to spazz out, but if set to '1' then it will fix the spazzing but the ragdoll's joints are broken for my opinion, when I get Source SDK working which won't probably happen I'll make new joints.
