There is no chair. You control it without a chair.

This is just display, there no chair for you to control this mecha.
He did not say where to find the control chair, instead he just tell how to control, it was disappointed.
nice making mecha but no control chair.

For those who wonder how it appears

first press q

then at the top right the last section that says dupes and then click on subscriptions and there you will find it
