It's a bit further back then that. If you walk up the road going to Whiterun, but instead of turning, climb over the rampart and follow the wall a bit, you'll reach it. It's not much, though.
johnowenschina  [author] 29 Jun, 2020 @ 1:39pm
They don't, I made this years ago, and it started as a sort of camp. Later I made a very poor quality building for it, thus the pictures don't show that.
johnowenschina  [author] 17 Oct, 2019 @ 12:43pm
It ought to have been in the last update... It is next to the Whiterun outer wall.
Addableprune2 10 Oct, 2019 @ 7:00pm
not there. tried to downloading it a few times and still nothing. i see grapes and the trees but not a winery.
johnowenschina  [author] 17 Mar, 2019 @ 6:32am
Cooking pots.
VinchenzoTheJackal & Shoon 16 Mar, 2019 @ 2:22pm
Btw, how do you make Wine with this mod?
johnowenschina  [author] 16 Mar, 2019 @ 1:48pm
Probably.
VinchenzoTheJackal & Shoon 15 Mar, 2019 @ 3:32pm
This sounds like an awesome mod. Jazbay grapes originate from Skyrim, while other forms of grapes originate from places like Cyrodil and Summerset. Still, wine is made with many different things in TheElderScrolls series, but, I don't understand why they forgot to add a Jazbay grapes farm in this game. This mod is genious! I'm gonna rate up and favorite this, and subscribe just a bit later. Btw, this mod is working properly, right?
johnowenschina  [author] 10 Feb, 2018 @ 6:48am
It is in the latest version, so you could try redownloading.
johnowenschina  [author] 10 Feb, 2018 @ 6:48am
Try downloading mod again?
Icicle C Cold 9 Feb, 2018 @ 6:48pm
Yeah, I looked all over, but its not there.
I even checked wireframe to see if it went underground or something. Nothing.
johnowenschina  [author] 9 Feb, 2018 @ 6:14pm
Left, I mean.
johnowenschina  [author] 9 Feb, 2018 @ 6:14pm
In the second to last screenshot, it would be on the far right.
johnowenschina  [author] 9 Feb, 2018 @ 6:13pm
That is odd...
Icicle C Cold 9 Feb, 2018 @ 3:46pm
I am standing at the camp. There is not an open air winery here. There is a Cooking Spit, a Chest and a Hay Pile
johnowenschina  [author] 17 Dec, 2017 @ 11:03am
It is by the camp.
Icicle C Cold 17 Dec, 2017 @ 7:11am
I still have not found, seen, or otherwise discovered the open air winery. I am a bit confused as to where it is supposed to be. Is it supposed to be near the camp? Or is it near the actual grapes?
I hope I'm not just being oblivious here...
johnowenschina  [author] 24 Nov, 2017 @ 7:15am
It should have updated with an actual winery.
johnowenschina  [author] 24 Nov, 2017 @ 7:15am
It is a very strong drink. It makes you temporarily lose conciousness.
Icicle C Cold 23 Nov, 2017 @ 4:24pm
I had a small problem finding the camp, because it is so far from the vineyard. I think a good thing to add to the photos above would be a screenshot of the all the wines you can make with this mod. Why does the Jazbay Wine paralyze you when you drink it? I'm not objecting, I'm just curious.

P.S. By open air winery, did you mean other than the camp with the cook pot? Cause I looked around and didn't see any structures that aren't there normally.
johnowenschina  [author] 23 Nov, 2017 @ 11:13am
Thank you.
Icicle C Cold 21 Oct, 2017 @ 7:22pm
And I offcially love this idea, and am subscribing to this mod. :D
Icicle C Cold 21 Oct, 2017 @ 7:19pm
Um...the most common drink is mead...
johnowenschina  [author] 17 Oct, 2017 @ 4:55pm
It is done.
johnowenschina  [author] 17 Oct, 2017 @ 4:31pm
Stand by for an update.
johnowenschina  [author] 17 Oct, 2017 @ 4:30pm
I will make an open air winery.
johnowenschina  [author] 17 Oct, 2017 @ 4:30pm
I just got a brilliant idea.
johnowenschina  [author] 17 Oct, 2017 @ 4:30pm
What? No cave was involved.
staszewskilucjan 17 Oct, 2017 @ 3:22pm
Make the entrance to the cave next to the camp, then you do not have to do the building and there is almost no chance of conflicting with other mods in this place.
The Dwemers' cave was designed to fit the mods and the world of Skyrim.
johnowenschina  [author] 17 Oct, 2017 @ 3:48am
If anyone has advice on that, I will gladly finish what I started.
johnowenschina  [author] 17 Oct, 2017 @ 3:47am
Actually, Staszewskilucjan, I made all those things. Sadly, I could not get the door to the building to work properly.
staszewskilucjan 16 Oct, 2017 @ 3:27pm
The idea is great only not finished by me, there is a building in which to do this wine (no cook, no wine is done), wine vat is needed and press, then you can make yeast special for wine plus distillery (filter the wine you have to clean it ), then it's up to the barrels and you wait, after a while you bottle and such wine tastes.
French and Italians have pressed you to the point that wine must be in a warm climate - not true, some varieties of good grapes require freezing to make them wine, so they grow in the mountains - grapes need sun to sweets and wine is cooked in a barrel in cool - not a cold and dark place - that is why cellars are needed.
Do not upset the creator of mods, if you feel like it, take advantage of the advice and refine it, Winterun is the center of Skyrim and is a great place.
johnowenschina  [author] 12 Oct, 2017 @ 3:33am
You use a cooking pot. That was the vinyard and camp you saw.
johnowenschina  [author] 12 Oct, 2017 @ 3:33am
I am perfectly nice to those interested in my mod. That fellow was not, and he was very rude.
R2COM 11 Oct, 2017 @ 8:56pm
i got another cool mod with brewing
johnowenschina  [author] 11 Oct, 2017 @ 3:36am
IF YOU DO NOT WANT MY "TRASH" DO NOT TAKE IT!!
johnowenschina  [author] 11 Oct, 2017 @ 3:35am
I did. It does work, and it is about your not liking it, JUST DON'T SUBSCRIBE.
R2COM 9 Oct, 2017 @ 9:52pm
its not about liking or not liking its about the fact that your shit DOES NOT WORK; do you even read what I write?
johnowenschina  [author] 9 Oct, 2017 @ 2:42pm
The fruit tree mod is already done, I just have to test and tweak it.
LordXenophon 9 Oct, 2017 @ 10:05am
In that case, the best places for apple trees would be Falkreath, the Rift and the southern parts of Whiterun. Markarth is too dry and the other holds are too cold. I would probably plant an orchard
somewhere on the south side of Ivarstead.
johnowenschina  [author] 9 Oct, 2017 @ 7:49am
I will be making a mod for apples and for the Water of Life.
johnowenschina  [author] 9 Oct, 2017 @ 7:26am
To r2com I reply: "If you don't like, don't subscribe."
johnowenschina  [author] 9 Oct, 2017 @ 7:25am
Aye. I will make a mod for that, thank you for reminding me.
LordXenophon 9 Oct, 2017 @ 7:08am
I always assumed the wine was imported from Cyrodiil and the mead was the local drink. All of the brand name wines are imported.

The question I want to answer is where they get all those apples. Skyrim has the best climate for apples and you can find apples everywhere, but where are the apple trees?
R2COM 8 Oct, 2017 @ 6:49pm
"make varied types of wines" <-- sounds like a poor English.

anyway.. it would be helpful if you included pictures of wine bottles or description. Otherwise I am not going to download your trash and then conclude that I do not want it.
johnowenschina  [author] 8 Oct, 2017 @ 2:59pm
Read below.
fairyfran 8 Oct, 2017 @ 2:55pm
I can not find the vine yard or the camp where is it?
staszewskilucjan 6 Oct, 2017 @ 8:34am
The idea is cool but hardly overworked.
See how similar mods are - Kitaxas BeerBrewery, or KitaxasCiderhouse (CiderHouse without launching guests because the textures and their behavior is worse even from the Russian party). I have been waiting for nice mods with a winery, they are for breweries and honey, even for cider and I think I will wait.
johnowenschina  [author] 2 Oct, 2017 @ 1:54pm
I converted a farm to a vinyard.
johnowenschina  [author] 2 Oct, 2017 @ 1:54pm
The vinyard is where the companians kill the giant.
