@surn_thing, I haven't deleted any NPC changes since then so I guess all I can do is clean my computer, uninstall and install mods, and pray, 'cause I don't know what to do either.

I looked again. I found a friendly ship, talked to some NPCs on board, and then killed them without incident. My only other theory is that some NPCs may have had data added by other mods and when those mods were taken away the game recognized the remaining data in the NPCs as bad data and killed them. Aside from that I don't know what's going on and I can't replicate the problem.

I dusted off Starbound, found a space station and interacted with the NPCs without having them die (until I started attacking). Perhaps you have another mod that updated and is no longer compatable with this mod or is broken.

For some weird reason, if I talk to a space NPC or a dweller (a.k.a. tennant) they die. Do you know what this is? (yes I've tried trouble shooting but it has only happened since two weeks after getting this mod and there weren't any other mods added during that time)

If this mod was directly responsible for something that serious then somebody would have probably complained by now. I'm guessing that there might be a conflict with another mod or another mod is completely responsible. While there is no getting the currently effected entities back, it shouldn't effect any other space stations or ships once you move to another with the offending mods uninstalled.

help! i got this mod, but all entities are just gone. i uninstalled it and theyre still not there.

The police do come and attack;however, they seem quite weak for some reason.

will hurting space npcs trigger the "Space Police" if I have that mod in? if I'm being a space pirate, I don't want it to be an easy task.
