all I know is I CAN'T build my Bases with out this mod its TOO GOOD for perfect control of Base heating in a Bunker in the side of a mountain. I build a room with a small vent shaft leading outside then build the Bigest AC unit about 6 of'em pipe those up to the Food Freezer & Medical Freezer then make intake vents in the AC room pipe those to every room & spread around the 134degrees across the whole base limiting that heat to 21 degrees per room its just so perfect for how I play.

his github says that he updated for B18 but encountered a bug where the walls would be destroyed when you try to build a cooler or vent.Tynan changed something in the code for B18 where you build something into a wall, so the line would prevent the wall from being destroyed. I don't know if morglotz brought everything else to work. I suppose so, but I didn't further look into his github.

wildlife tab from A17 still not updated works great for finding all the animal species. only errors for trying to change their status from nothing to "hunting"/"taming" because... who knows?

Hello.
Sometime industrial heaters stop working randomly. They remain on "low" state while the room temperature is bellow the target temperature... changing the duct level fixes this for the giving building until it happens again. (even when not connected to a network).

Is there a ductless version of this mod? Ducts are broken right now or at least, the atlas for them doesn't work causing ducts to not actually connect to each other.

Just a note to anyone, this will break your save files if you remove it, you must keep the mod until you start over again with a new save.

Sorry, but your ducts don't connect graphically at all. But it seems you've not been around to update, so I guess I'll just remove. :P

I'm basing this based on the last reply being July 12th, with tons of issues reported since then and no reply. I'm not just some random newbie screaming "its broken fix it fix it fix it".

Hey there, just wanted to say I've been playing with the mod and its working very much as intended.

However I like to suggest one change in design, since you reintroduced ductwork.
The thing is, every cooler in reality works by separating heat from matter, essentially having two outputs like they have in most coolers in the game. With the only exception of the exclusive ductwork cooler.

What I would to see in the mod, is the cooler essentially output to both networks at the same time, being "connected" to both. Normally I would see usage of both pipes as being one hot the other cold, of course that doesn't need be strict. Likewise, the smart vent could do the same connected in both a cold and hot pipe, but venting only what is optimally needed for the room.

Right now, the only way this is possible is by using mini rooms with the extreme temperatures in them, needing intake vents as intermediary.
