For years ago, Peterhead Prison (Somewhere in UK) had a riot, and they didn't have any forces to send in and stop them. And then they decided to call for the British Special Forces , The SAS - Special Air Service. Once they came, the guards outside asked who they were, and they said John. They threw some flashbangs in and then they went in with batons and so on, and five minutes later, the prison was silenced.

Now, the case is that i want to change the normal sprite to a custom sprite. (In my case, the SAS)
Then i want to buff them a bit. Make them stronger, faster, tougher in general.
And then i want to publish it to Steam Workshop, have it downloadable, and whenever i call for Riot Police, these custom Riot Police-men will come and then i can use them.

My question is, can you help/learn me how to do this?

Jump suits are still orange by the way. Literally unplayable. /s

@daPotato & @Finnthefirst97 Guys I'm sorry, but I already tried that and it looks like it wouldn't work. There is only one way and it's by replacing the entire textures file (because this armor can't be edited in any other way) which means that any other texture mod won't work. For example if you have my Husky mod on and it has a higher priority that this mod then you wont see the armor, but if it's the opposite then you won't see the husky texture.

I agree with daPotato, it took me a while to realize that the body armor overrode their black uniforms.

Sorry for not clarifying, I meant a black recoloring of the body armor to match the black uniforms.

I love this but it does cut the guards wages or something. So without the mod I'm loosing 27K a day (it's a challange thing I'm not bad at the game) but WITH the I'm only loosing 21K a day. If you could fix this that would be amazing because I do LOVE this small change.
