for some reason you cant give him weapons normally but you can still do a override and such, other then that i actually quite like this mod.:steamhappy:

well its more of a pack the e3 citizen His model is in the characters spawn tab as corpse 1 you just need to replace his dead body parts with living ones, and a rebel manhack

the concept for the model did have the lambda on his vest and spray painted stripes on his mask like the rebel turrents
