yes, for tears it's rocket in a jar + dr fetus
but that synergy is so rare, having a single item that gives the effect would be awesome

I assume this mod is dead, but rocket tears won't accelerate anymore. The custom graphic and sounds still show up though.

so when i give myself the item, the rocket tears show up but they don't accelerate at all
