Anything that is in the world and visible to others is behind this consitency security check. Like the neon skin issue I mentioned.
Also quick side note. basically this mod was created, because waaaaaaay back when NS2 was still in beta and workshop was introduced. We actually didn't have Special Edition black armoured gloves. I took it upon myself to mod it in, so we special edition owners could actually have black armoured gloves
A security feature so you cannot run the game with superbright neon skins
The same hold true for all other skinmods on the entire workshop :)

You simply push the subcribe button and than you can activate it in the mods section of NS2's menu :)
So the main idea behind it was to give the Special Edition people their black armoured gloves :)
