Enhanced Co-Pilot

Description
It has finally come. The Co-Pilot has been rigged so now the straps are fully posable!
I personally hated the clipping on it, so why not fix it?

BIG SHOUTOUT TO MY AWESOME FRIEND ANDR00D FOR MAKING THIS MODEL

We used the old co-pilot model for scout. But with a little more posing and scaling in SFM it could fit any of the mercs C:

Be even cooler if the goggles were posable. But that would require a METRIC BUTT TON of work, so it's understandable why one wouldn't do so.
