L4D Elevator Cabin

Description
This is the Elevator Cabin map for SFM. I made this map using Hammer Editor and tried to make same as the L4D one. Hopefully it will be useful for SFM users. And I know most SFM users want this.

As I stated in the description, the model version was released after some time with enhanced controls

As soon as I posted, I realized I didn't have it, but sfm crashed before I could test and I haven't gotten back on yet, thanks for the help though!
