You can manualy change values by yourself just go to steamapps\workshop\content\400750\3002916502\resource\properties
choose file and find line with "ManualAccuracy" I marked them

is it possible to make specifically (and only) tripod MGs 2x accurate? (regardless of player control) I always thought it was kinda goofy GPMGs on tripod has the same bullet spread as an infantryman holding it
