Do you want a flying goat? Do you want a completely new map? The Steam Workshop gives you the ability to create anything you want using the same tools the developers used!
Any tips for making a new mod?
I've been wanting to make mods on the workshop for quite some time now, but I don't know how to do it exactly. I'm using a mac, so I'm not even sure it is capable of doing it, but my little sister is good at coding so I can get her help on that.

The first thing you will need to do is download the Goat Simulator Development Kit in Steam...

I'm not sure if that's available for OSX or not. If not, you won't be able to create a mod (unless you use Bootcamp to run Windows and do it that way).

After downloading the Development Kit, you can double click on it in Steam to launch the Unreal Frontend application that will allow you run the Unreal Engine editor (to create new maps) and the Unreal Script compiler (which will allow you to create new mutators using script code).

You'll have to search the internets for tutorials on using Unreal to create maps or mutators. The Epic Games UDK forums is a great place to search for information about how to create mods...

thanks. I'm not that great at computer stuff and I know what bootcamp does, but how do I install it? I see the boot camp assistant that comes on the mac but I just don't really get it. Also, does the software cost money?

Bootcamp is available for free from Apple...

...but you will need a licensed copy of a Windows DVD to install Windows (so that's not free).
