Before you start, make sure you have installed sourcesdk, and 2007 and 2009 and have launched SDK, so that all files are updated.
1. First go to (steam/steamapps/common/sourcesdk/bin/orangebox/bin)
Grab these files (Itemtest application) NOT MS-DOS! (parsifal.dll)
Paste them into (steam/steamapps/common/sourcesdk/bin)
Run the application from there. (NOT FROM STEAM TOOLS).
And you should be good!
Hope this works
Please HELP ME :(

The problem is when I open up itemtest from the new location, it doesn't recognize my steamID. I can't convert any items in itemtest if I can't proceed after the first screen.
