I'm fairly sure most of it has to do with logic zones. Now, myself being apalling at logic zones, I have no clue on what you do with them. I think you have to connect every enemy to them or something...?

There are many different ways to make a computer/laptop. Like you could put down a metal tray and tilt a plate at an angle to create a laptop, and then put an upside down ashtray as a mouse. Or you could use a microwave as the monitor. It's ultimately up to your own creativity.
