To implement calls it is generally required to have two sides of a conversation. These only provide one side.

That I can do, yes. My "Vending Machine" call actually uses audio from YouTube. What's best though is something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kx82CPnGI8M where it gives audio and a transcript or something like this: https://www.scribd.com/doc/43177936/911-Call-Transcript which is just the transcript. The news reports touch on multiple calls and usually don't give the full audio or transcript, just the topic.:)

And thank you. :) By the way, I'm making a modpack that will include some language files and a lot of calls. If you would like and are competent in the workshop/in-game console then I need people to test it by just using it and reporting any bugs with the calls. :)
