Extract misc_tables.vpp_pc with Minimaul's tools and find weapon_skins.xtbl. Open the XTBL with notepad++ and find one of the skin entries for the bat. Then run my tool in CMD like this: Flow.WeaponClone.exe nameOfTheSkinEntry "bear_of_interest_dbat_skin1" "skin"
That should create a new folder in the same directory as my tool. In there should be a STR2_PC file containing the textures for your new skin variant. If you upload all files in the new folder (except for the stringxml folder) your new skin should be available at friendly fire.
The first argument "nameOfSkinEntry" you have to replace with an actual name of an entry in weapon_skins.xtbl (in your case "Dildobat_1")
