Just wondering when the map editor comes out will it be on steam tools or somewhere else ?

It's in your DOW iii folder, it's called worldbuilder. I have no idea how to upload maps though

You can't upload anything yet.

Lol @ Relic: World Builder @ launch but you can't even use all of its features yet.
