How to donate a skin?
I want to submit a skin for pce but I don't now how to skip the payment info,I want to donate not get paid on this one,please help!

both tax info and bank info aren't skipable. you need them both to get your skin to show in workshop. donating skin is under construction right now, only way to "donate" is to type in description or title of the skin "donation" or "free drop". i also want to inform that not all donated skins will be accepted, they will go through the same as other non-donated skins go.
