facerig workshop items icon are still showing

Hi I have recently unsub to some items on the workshop and I have also deleted them from the folder but when I start up facerig again the Icon for the items are still there. And when I try to ckick on them I crashes. So is there a way to remove those icons by any chanse that way I don't click them on accedent.

FaceRig doesn't delete the workshop item from your custom data folder when you unsubscribe to it. A quick fix to this is to go in <steamInstallDir>\steamapps\common\FaceRig\VP\Mod\PC_CustomData\Objects folder, find the avatar you want to remove and remove the folder.
