I am currently downloading Payday 2 atm and it is downloading incosistently. I usually get a solid 10.4Mbps, but now it is downloading 4Mbps to 0mbps. I downloaded Metro Redux just to see if it is my internet but it downloaded perfectly fine. Is it due to the limited time offer on Payday 2 and every one is trying to download it at the same time?
