mods do not work, I click on the "subscribe" button and nothing is downloaded. Devil's 0 bytes...

Check your steam folder on your computer. I found many of my favorite mods had a ".disabled" tag, and these were the mods I was missing in game. You're going to have to remove the ".disabled" tag by renaming them to their original [Mod].rte name

i.e. "zalo.rte.disabled" should be renamed to "zalo.rte"
I can confirm, this does work, just launch cortex command from the folder you are editing, and the mods will be there, so long as you MANUALLY remove the disabled tag.
