Report a translation problem
The only random part is "where" the plants will spawn within the "fixed" area constraints.
I can help you learn this, but you will need to modify a lot of .sbc files.
The information is in the "Enviornments" folder, do some exploring and you'll start finding the connections.
Though to make a new world entirely, you'll need a world generator program, and to meddle with even more sbc files. And making new plants? totally possible. But at this point you're pretty much an overhaul mod.
