Its very hard. I've accomplished victory only on Casual and Normal.

Tis my first one, inspired by Papa Nurgle of Warhammer fame.

Done it on Casual and Normal and actually lost on the former. It gets hardcore lethal if you're not paying attention, causing countries to shut down fast.
