Lab saving bug

I'm having an issue where when I save my custom scenario, it dropped the "government actions" lab from the saved file, and this reoccured several times. I think it saved properly before I configured to publish to the workshop, but that was a while ago and I'm not completely sure. Anyone know a solution?

Thanks for pointing this out, we noticed this recently and it should be fixed in the next update.

Having returned to try using the government actions lab, it now saves in the scenario editor, but does not appear to actually impact the game; I changed the text for a number of events, including the airport closure message, but am still getting the default text.
