What the video format support for the wallpaper creater? i tried mp4 but it gets a error

mp4 should be fine? All my wallpaper are mp4 format

I know it's old but that is what interest me too.

Didn't all the videos are in mp.4 when you download them? For some I got, it tells me that this format is not supported. Does that mean mp.4 is not mp.4 all the time? xD
