It started a few weeks ago, and I thought it was just a bug with my system, so I thought nothing of it. I reinstalled the program, but the bug was still there. After searching through the internet and finding nothing, I’ve come here for help.
The bug I speak of is with the Workshop Upload Tool. When I try and upload a preview image, I get the program saying [ERROR] Image must be 555x312. I understand what it means, that the preview image must be too large for the uploader. But when I go and check the images I have saved in my files, they all read out as: Width 555 pixels, Height 311 pixels, Bit depth 24. Is there something I am doing wrong for it to not recognize the file as being compatible? Does the image have to be exactly 555x312 (since the image I want to use is 555x311)? I’m confused, and was wondering if anyone had any advice for this situation?
