do skin creators get some notification before their skin is put into a community safe

just a random question
before the actual official announcement of the safe's contents/release of the safe, do skin creators who get chosen for inclusion get told that they're going to be in the next community safe

Yes, but the time varies sometimes from 1 day to a week+

You will receive a "Developer commnet" shortly before the release requesting the use of your skin, and explaining the details surrounding the skin's use in the future.
