It's something to run by OVERKILL, however, it kind of sounds like "a runners up safe for those who aren't good enough to get their work in a proper safe"

I dont know if someome can send me download links of your skins,for use them in game because there is a mod called usable workshop,which allows to use skins of the workshop in game

This is the wrong place to ask that question.

The reason you can only buy one DLC is because everything has been bundled into 1 cheaper bundle and making all the future DLCs (except for the H3h3 character pack) free.

If you already own the base game (and any dlc) then the Ultimate Edition bundle will be reduced in price for you to compensate for that.
