MOD TROUBLES

so im having trouble getting mods to work any idea how to help p.s. i download them off the steam workshop

Running With Autism has Killing Floor

1) Go Main Menu
2) Go Multiplayer - Internet - Click on Refresh
3) Stop Refresh
4) Go back to Main Menu and wait 20-30 sec.
5) Watch out for the top-right corner for Uploads
