Could someone tell me how to make modded equipments???

I saw 2 players using modded equipments on normal servers and i wanted to make my own too. I googled on how to make one but i couldn't find any. I also tried to make them on my own,i made 2 of them. The problem i'm having is i can't find the equipment anywhere? How do i get the equipment after making it? And how do i get my modded equipments on normal servers?

You can make you custom item appear in-game by adding them to the spawnclass of vendors, loots, or thru the use of the console code (e.g. unit customswordname)
