How to make our own mutator in Goat Simulator?

Make some new mutator like: Tall Goat (Giraffe), Feather Goat (Ostrich). Turn the goat into some other animals, such as a Donkey for a Cow, how to make that? Need Help :D

The recently published Dopplegangoat mod will let you take the form of every single animal or human available in the game if this is what you are looking for :)
