WorkShop content working in multiplayer ?

I'm not sure if this was stated already.... but is it ok to use any head addon online ? I downloaded the DeadPool Head model and it works in singleplayer however when I play with a friend it gives him the dead pool head and gives me the default character even though my friend didn't even download it.. Please help, I would love to use these addons with my friends, Thank You.

Every head has a character tag. For instance, Dead pool head has a tag "Ted".
So,

1) Subscribe on the Dead pool head
2) Choose a Ted character in the Multiplayer settings of the Main menu

And you will have Dead pool head in the multiplayer game.

If your friend is not subscribed on Dead pool head then he would see a Ted default head.

Oh ok that makes since, but how would that work, because if I want to be Dead pool and he wants to be someone else also using Ted then wouldnt that not work because we subscribed to more than one ?
