How do you upload a skin?

Never ever made a mod before now... How do I publish it?
It's just a skin.

Click the arrow in the upper left of its UI image in the "Browse Skins" menu.

In game? If so, the arrow you appear to be talking about is a message type thing, like in comics. Pressing that does nothing, with published mods how ever, bring me to the mod's workshop page.

If it's a skin you downloaded, then the upper left has a speech bubble icon that takes you to that skin's page. Otherwise, it's an arrow icon that uploads to the Workshop.
