Merged other thread into this one. As you mentioned as a goal in your post about stuff you'd like to see improved, we'd like to keep things friendly and constructive and not-insulting on the workshop and this thread was teetering on the edge of not being that. So I was on the fence about leaving this around since it was pretty negative and not super constructive.

But I didn't realize you weren't able to read the thread after I hid it! So un-hid it and will leave for now so you can read my thinking!

BTW, if/when you encounter any explicit hackers or trolls as you mentioned please report them or email me directly and I will moderate if it is serious. (Though downvoting is not something we can directly see or act on)

We have received some complaints about commentors being unnecessarily negative / insulting on workshop item comments and I try to intervene in threads where it happens, so I will try to respond quicker to threads like that and please let me know if you see it happen!
