1) subscribe to it in the workshop
2) restart the game
3) you can find all custom maps in the "compas / star" at the lover left side of the world map.
4) have fun :)

step 3)
There is no button "custom maps". instead there is a small compass/star thing at the lower left side of the big world map. if you click on that one you can see all the custom maps. Hope this helps :)
