No workshop mods?

I have tried about 10 different mods to make stacks bigger, tools not break as much etc and not a single one of them work?! They show up in the game menu just fine but then stacks are still stuck at the default and tools are no different either. Reinstalling the game or the mods make no difference. Is there a way to make them work or should I just give up and play something else?

Stack changing mods can still be messed up, yes. You should just give up and play with vanilla stacks - I can tell you than with a little bit of mind effort it is rather possible to haul everything you might need & be the last 1/3 of the game bored while having your base self-sufficient. It is not any sort of "awesomeness sharing" - but just a regular task than I've seen quite a lot of people completing.

I recomend a MOD called enhanced gameplay mod, it works perfect with all my tests.
I found it in the workshop, just look for it, I also recomend ZOOMY or something giving a little extra zoom for the better experience.
