I would suggest dropping the unbreakable tools, and use a mod I found on the workshop called Enhanced Gameplay experience or something, it will be compatible with the sniper rifle mod, and with the mod that adds zoom it is even cooler. In short the mod increses your amount of materials by 2.5 meaning 10 components, 5 wood etc, as well a few other stuff. It also allows a two time use of saw blades, and longer tool duration. It does not change inventory slots on characters and as far as I have tried it it works well, even with other mods, just not those that add inventory or otherwise does the same thing

Drop unbreakble tools, whit this you will not actually need it, saws are two time use, tools have little longer duration, one that makes a little more sense.

The mods may conflict with your tool mod, but the sniper mod should be ok
