Earthquake Scenario

Does anyone know how to make the earthquake scenario? I have a call I want to make, but don't know how to get the screen to shake and all the call blips to come up. I am not making another earthquake call. Just something like it.

Have a look at the base game San Fran call that has the earthquake. My theory is that a line in that call activates it but I don't know how.

I got the earth quake scenario from San Francisco map. Be prepared though, once you get that event, the entire map will start to have incidents that require the fire fighters to be everywhere.
