Cannot upload a 4MB ROM file
I was recently trying to upload "Sonic 3 & Knuckles Reversed Frequencies" but It seems to just refuse to upload, any other ROM works fine.
What am I doing wrong?

That's odd then, because even with a normal 2MB ROM it wouldn't upload.
Normal Sonic 3 didn't work and neither did S & K
