I am an experienced C++ developper but I have no experience in game developping. I want to make some mutators which:
1) make bots move at the maximum speed despite the difficulty setting (now low level bots move slower. That is weird)
2) make vehicle regenerate health

I have no idea where to begin with. Any tutorial?
